A tennessee estate asking $65 million could shatter the state record |

In the hills outside Nashville, a roughly 383-acre estate is coming on the market for $65 million. If it sells for anywhere near that amount, it will shatter the state’s residential sales record, according to listing agent Dan McEwen of the McEwen Group, who said the current high-water mark is $28 million.
